Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be waded through.
Who we are
Mediation Hub. Operated in partnership with 80Twenty.
Contact: info@mediationhub.co
What we collect
Only what the walkthrough form asks for: your name, your email address, your practice name and practice size, your preferred date and time, and any optional notes you choose to add.
Why we use it
To respond to demonstration requests and arrange the walkthrough. We do not send marketing without your consent.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Server logs
Like every website, our servers record each request they receive: the page asked for, the time, the browser software, the page that linked here and the internet address (IP address) the request came from. We use these records to keep the site secure, to spot faults and to see how much it is used. We do not use them to identify you, and we set no analytics or advertising cookies.
The records are held in the UK for 90 days and then deleted. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Data is stored in the UK or EEA. It is retained no longer than is necessary to handle the enquiry.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict how it is used, and to object to its use.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers the marketing site only. The Mediation Hub platform is governed by separate terms and processing agreements provided before onboarding.
Mediation Hub supports mediators with case administration and drafting. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace professional judgement.
