There are no per document fees and no charges per case. Every plan includes onboarding, a named contact and UK based support.
What is included
Two plans. The full platform, with all ten workstreams, or an entry plan for sole practitioners who want to start with fewer. Pricing is confirmed in your walkthrough, shaped around the size of your practice and how it works. For most practices it pays for itself within the first few MIAMs of the month.

Founding practices
Mediation Hub is in pilot with Pathway Mediation and Vollans Mediation. A small number of founding practice places follow the pilot: your price held for the first year, a direct line to the team, and a say in what gets built next. Ask about them in your walkthrough.
